Refund Policy
Change of Mind Returns
Usually we don’t issue refunds if you decide that you don’t want to receive or – if already received – want to return your order. However, change of mind returns will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Any change of mind returns must be reported to us within 24 hours after order confirmation or receipt of order. Items to be returned must be in “as new” condition, undamaged, unopened, complete and – for sales items only – unused condition, and will be subject to a handling fee for transportation. To avoid the handling fee, goods can also be self-returned to our warehouse.
Other Returns
Box n’Crate Hire will accept product returns and provide you with an exchange, refund or credit where:
- The product is faulty or damaged
- The product is not fit for its stated purpose
- The product does not match our description
- The wrong product has been delivered
- You inform us within 7 days of purchase or receipt of goods
- You can present adequate proof of purchase
Box n’Crate Hire reserves the right not to offer an exchange, refund or credit where the item fault or damage is a result of misuse or neglect whilst in the possession of the customer.
Any damages may need to be evaluated by us. We request that you do not dispose of any damaged goods before a refund or replacement has been agreed to by us. We do not normally collect damaged items, but reserve the right to do so if necessary.
Please report any issues to our office first, as we cannot approve or issue refunds at our warehouse.
