You certainly can! Many people hire crates for the things that will get packed & unpacked quickly, and buy cardboard boxes for items that will be stored or won’t get unpacked for a while.

Easy! You can securely order online 24/7. Just select your products, fill in quantities and add to your cart. You can navigate between product categories and combine hire and sales items.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver within 40 kilometres of the Perth (WA) Central Business District. For more detailed information please refer to our delivery information page.
When will I receive my order?

Goods are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days, depending on what time your order has been received. You’ll be able to nominate your preferred delivery date during the order process. We will contact you via email or text and advise an approximate delivery time.
Do I need to be home to receive my order?

No, goods can be left in an accessible, secure & weatherproof place. However, you accept full responsibility for any damages or loss that may occur in this instance. You can provide detailed instructions on where you want us to leave your goods on the order form.
Can I pick up instead of having my order delivered?

Yes, We offer pickups from our warehouse. Prior arrangement is necessary, just let us know what day/time (please advise a 15- minute window) you would like to pick-up and we can usually accommodate your request. You have the option to select warehouse pick-up during check out.
Do I have to pay a deposit?

No, but if you pay for your hire items via direct bank deposit, we will require credit card details (no debit cards accepted) as a security bond. No charges will be made if all hire items are returned on time and in good condition.
Can I hire items for longer than 4 weeks?

You certainly can. Please send us an e-mail detailing items/quantity and hire period required and we will provide a written quote the same day.
What if I need to extend my hire term?

Not a problem! We offer daily extension rates for all individual hire items & Crate Packages can be extended weekly. For details/rates please contact us on 1300 323 779 or via email.
Can I return my hire items early?

Yes, please contact us and we will arrange a prompt pick-up. Please note: No refund will be paid for early returns.
Can I use hire items for regional WA or interstate locations?

We do not hire items interstate. For WA locations outside our 40km zone please contact our office for approval: info@boxncratehire.com.au
What if I lose or damage any hire items?

For any hire equipment that is not returned or is returned damaged, a replacement or repair fee may be charged to your credit card.
Don’t worry, we do allow for fair wear & tear. Please feel free to ask about our replacement fees. For more information please refer to our Terms & Conditions.
