What can I hire, what can I buy?

All Packing Materials and Cardboard Boxes are sale items and yours to keep. Crates, Skates, Platform Dollies, Hand Trolleys, and Monitor Covers are hire items and will be collected at the end of the agreed rental period.

How much notice do you need?

If you require larger quantities of crates, we welcome 48 hours’ notice or more, but – depending on stock availability – are prepared to fulfil orders with just one-day notice. For an additional fee, same day delivery using a courier service can be arranged.
For how long can I hire your products?

Hire fees are calculated on a weekly basis and you can hire all products for as many days, weeks or months as you require. However, online orders can only be placed for a hire period between 1-4 weeks. If you need to hire for longer than four weeks, please send us an e-mail detailing items/quantity and hire period required and we will provide a written quote the same day.

Cost depends on quantities hired and/or purchased and the length of the rental period. Discounts will be calculated and applied automatically and you’ll find prices of each item listed in your Quote form.

When will I receive my order?

Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days, depending on what time your ordered.
You’ll be able to nominate your preferred delivery date during the order process.
Box n’ Crate Hire will contact you via email or text to advise an approximate delivery time.
We deliver Monday to Friday between 9-4 PM. After hours or Saturday deliveries can be arranged for an additional fee, please enquire.

Do I have to pay a deposit?

No, but if you pay for your hire items via direct bank deposit, we will require credit card details (no debit cards accepted) as a security bond. No charges will be made if all hire items are returned on time and in good condition.
What if I need to extend my hire term?

Not a problem! We offer daily extension rates for all individual hire items.

Can I return my hire items early?

Yes, please contact us and we will arrange a prompt pick-up. Please note: No refund will be paid for early returns.
Can I use hire items for regional WA or interstate locations?

No, sorry, hire items can only be used within 40km’s of Perth CBD area.
What if I lose or damage any hire items?

For any hire equipment that is not returned or is returned damaged, a replacement or repair fee may be charged to your credit card.
