FAQ – Moving Business

All Packing Materials and Cardboard Boxes are sale items and yours to keep. Crates, Skates, Platform Dollies, Hand Trolleys, and Monitor Covers are hire items and will be collected at the end of the agreed rental period.

You certainly can! Hire, buy or combine, the choice is yours.

If you require larger quantities of crates, we welcome 48 hours’ notice or more, but – depending on stock availability – are prepared to fulfil orders with just one-day notice. For an additional fee, same day delivery using a courier service can be arranged.

Hire fees are calculated on a weekly basis and you can hire all products for as many days, weeks or months as you require. However, online orders can only be placed for a hire period between 1-4 weeks. If you need to hire for longer than four weeks, please send us an e-mail detailing items/quantity and hire period required and we will provide a written quote the same day.

Cost depends on quantities hired and/or purchased and the length of the rental period. Discounts will be calculated and applied automatically and you’ll find prices of each item listed in your Quote form.

Perth moving supplies company Box n’ Crate Hire, offer a range of convenient payment options for our moving products hire or purchase. We accept through our securely encrypted SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protected online payment gateway SecurePay; Master & Visa Card, AMEX (no surcharge), we also offer PayPal and Direct Bank Deposit (EFT).

Yes. Shortly after you have sent off your online order you’ll find a confirmation in your Inbox. A Tax Invoice/hire contract will be delivered with your goods or, on request, can be e-mailed beforehand.

We deliver within 40 kilometres of the Perth (WA) Central Business District. For more detailed information please refer to our delivery information page.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days, depending on what time your ordered. You’ll be able to nominate your preferred delivery date during the order process. Box n’ Crate Hire will contact you via email or text to advise an approximate delivery time. We deliver Monday to Friday between 9-4 PM. After hours or Saturday deliveries can be arranged for an additional fee, please enquire.

No, but if you pay for your hire items via direct bank deposit, we will require credit card details (no debit cards accepted) as a security bond. No charges will be made if all hire items are returned on time and in good condition.

Not a problem! We offer daily extension rates for all individual hire items. For details/rates please please contact us on 1300 323 779 or via email.

Yes, please contact us and we will arrange a prompt pick-up. Please note: No refund will be paid for early returns.

We do not hire items interstate. For WA locations outside our 40km zone please contact our office for approval: info@boxncratehire.com.au

For any hire equipment that is not returned or is returned damaged, a replacement or repair fee may be charged to your credit card. Don’t worry, we do allow for fair wear & tear. Please feel free to ask about our replacement fees. For more information please refer to our Terms & Conditions.
